Lucas Tate
Producer
Lucas is a young producer with production experience on TV commercials, features and brand films. He's also active as an editor and producer for content creators in the UK streaming space.
Lucas is driving the T8 Productions move into the micro-drama industry. The company has a partnership that could see them produce upwards of fifty series in the next year, making them the largest micro-drama creator in the UK.
Simon Tate
Creative Director
Simon is an award-winning filmmaker who has written, directed and produced four feature films through his company Blackout Film (blackoutfilm.uk), the latest is being prepped for production later this year.
He's also made programming for The Discovery Channel, National Geographic Channel and Disney alongside commercials and films for Adidas, O2, Visa, Puma, VW, Aston Martin and other global brands.
DOP/Camera Operators
Sound Recordists

Must have own sound recording equipment including, boom and mic, mixer and minimum 2 x radio mics.-

Must have own transport.

Rate is £185/day (10 hour day) with a daily £10 travel allowance.
Hair & Makeup Artists

Must have all own equipment and supplies (there is a £15 supplies budget per character if needed)

Must be able to do basic bruising and blood.

Film/TV/video experience is great, but not required.

Must have own transport.

Rate is £150/day (10 hour day) with a daily £10 travel allowance.
Editors/Motion Graphics Artists

Must have own software packages, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.

Rate is £150/day (60 eps series to be edited, including sound design, in 8 days).
